Diagnostics

  • A Lumbar MRI scan is required for the e-Diagnosis. SpinePro can arrange a local scan in the UK if required.

  • Pre-operative blood tests are required which are arranged by SpinePro locally in the UK.

  • A cardiac assessment is required for patients over 60. This is also arranged by SpinePro locally in the UK.

 

Follow Up

Each patient is closely monitored after surgery with:

  • A post operative meeting with their surgeon one week after surgery.
  • An on-line consultation with their surgeon after two months. SpinePro arranges X-Rays required for the consultation locally in the UK.
  • A consultation with their surgeon one year after the procedure which can be online or in person at Clinique du Parc depending on the patient’s wishes. SpinePro arranges X-Rays required for the consultation locally in the UK.
  • In addition, patients have access to our in-house medical officer for one year after their return to the UK. Our medical officer is a senior physician with an extensive career as a Private / NHS GP and lead A&E GP with a specialism in sports medicine and trauma.
